Business
$1,000 SafeWork Small Business Rebate
The $1,000 SafeWork Small Business Rebate is currently open to small business owners and sole traders who have an ABN and employ between 0-50 (full-time equivalent workers). Charities and not-for-profits can also apply.
Up to $1,000 is available to help purchase safety items to improve work health and safety for you and your workers.

High Emitting Industries Grants
The High Emitting Industries Grants are currently open to high-emitting manufacturing and mining facilities in NSW that emit more than 0.09 MtCO2e per year.
Funding is available under this grant for;
- Pre-Deployment Projects: Funding for eligible projects to accelerate strategic scope 1 emissions reduction opportunities, aligning with priority 2 in the Net Zero Industry and Innovation Investment Plan 2022-2024, and
- Deployment Projects: Funding for eligible projects to implement decarbonisation opportunities at NSW manufacturing and mining facilities, with a focus on scope 1 emissions reduction.

Households
Energy Accounts Payment Assistance
The Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) is currently open to households that get their electricity and/or gas from a retailer. Some households in embedded networks (on-supply), such as apartment buildings, residential parks and retirement villages, may be eligible.
The EAPA helps people experiencing difficulty paying their energy bill because of a short-term financial hardship crisis or emergency.
An eligible hardship, crisis or emergency may include:

- loss of income
- unexpected medical costs
- natural disaster (flood, bushfire, or drought)
- receiving a disconnection letter

First Home Owner (New Homes) Grant
The First Home Owner (New Homes) Grant (FHOG) is currently open to first home buyers who are buying or building their first new home.
$10,000 is available for your first new home, which can be a house, townhouse, apartment, unit or similar that is newly built, purchased off the plan or substantially renovated.
To be eligible for the FHOG the contract for the purchase of a new home must not exceed $600,000 or the property value (house and land) must not exceed $750,000.

Seniors Energy Rebate
The Seniors Energy Rebate is currently open to help eligible self-funded retirees pay their electricity bills.
$250 is available per household, per financial year, and can be applied to each financial year.

Individuals
Toll Relief Rebate
The Toll Relief Rebate is currently open to NSW motorists who spend more than $60 a week and up to a maximum of $400 on any tags and licence plate numbers on their personal toll account.
Eligible motorists can claim once a quarter, up to $750 for the financial year.
Applications for the Toll Relief Rebate are now open and will close 30 June 2025 (for the financial year ending 30 June 2024).
Before you claim for the first time ensure your toll account is linked to your MyServiceNSW Account.

Natural Disaster
Disaster Relief Grant for Individuals
The Disaster Relief Grant Program (DRG) for Individuals is currently open to individuals who's home or essential household contents were damaged or destroyed by a natural disaster.
The DRG Program supports those most in need and those least able to return their homes to a safe and habitable condition after a natural disaster such as low-income earners and who the damage is not covered by insurance, subject to eligibility requirements.

Natural Disaster Relief Loan - Non-Profit Organisations
The Natural Disaster Relief Loan - Non-Profit Organisations is currently open to non-profit organisations directly affected by a declared natural disaster.
The program provides a concessional interest rate loan of up to $25,000 to eligible non-profit organisations to assist with the costs associated with restoring essential facilities, equipment or other assets damaged or destroyed and/or temporary storage or leasing of alternate premises required as a result of the declared natural disaster.

Natural Disaster Relief Loan - Small Businesses
The Natural Disaster Relief Loan - Small Businesses is currently open to small business operators directly affected by a declared natural disaster.
The program provides a concessional interest rate loan of up to $130,000 to small businesses to assist with the costs associated with essential working capital for up to 12 months from the date of the declared natural disaster to continue business operations until normal income resumes or until the next major income is received and/or to replace and/or to repair property damaged as a result of the declared natural disaster.

Natural Disaster Relief Loan - Sporting and Recreation Clubs and Associations
The Natural Disaster Relief Loan - Sporting and Recreation Clubs and Associations is currently open to sporting and recreation clubs and associations directly affected by a declared natural disaster.
The program provides a concessional interest rate loan of up to $10,000 to eligible sporting and recreation clubs and associations to assist with the costs associated with clean up, removal of debris and/or the restoration of essential facilities, equipment or other assets that have been damaged or destroyed as a result of the declared natural disaster.
Applicants for the Natural Disaster Relied Loan - Sporting and Recreation Clubs and Associations are now open.
